How much does it cost to list my home with you?
Real estate commissions are always negotiable. The fee depends on your home and the marketing it needs. We’ll give you a clear written plan and cost at a free consultation before you sign anything.
Do buyers have to pay their agent?
Buyers now sign a written agreement with their agent before touring homes. The agreement spells out how the agent is paid. In many sales the seller still covers some or all of it. We’ll walk you through your options at the start.
Do you work with first-time home buyers?
Yes. We explain every step, from getting pre-approved and touring homes to inspections and closing day.
Do you help real estate investors?
Yes. We help investors find rental and income properties across Greater Cleveland, request rent rolls and lease details, and run the numbers before you make an offer.
